Once you have secured a booking, your spot will be held for 3 days until confirmed and a deposit is paid.
Your deposit is non-refundable and will be lost in the instance of a cancellation.
If you need to reschedule, ensure it is done at least 48 hours beforehand, this way we can transfer your deposit onto your next booking. If you reschedule less than 48 hrs in advance, your deposit will be forfeited. This includes for COVID reasons.
If you do not turn up to your appointment your deposit will be forfeited and you will not be able to book with us again, unless exceptional circumstances.

Your deposit is taken off the overall cost of the appointment on the day.
We are cash/bank transfer only at the shop.
I do not tattoo underage clients (under 18), pregnant or breastfeeding women.
I do not complete genital tattoos.
I do not send a preview of your tattoo before your appointment, you will be shown on the day and I will ensure I have time to make any small adjustments if need be.
I offer free touch-ups after your first appointment. Any touchups after the initial one, I will void as negligent aftercare and will charge you a fee.

Products are made to order so please allow 2-7 business days processing before the order is shipped.
Standard Shipping lead time is 2-6 business days from the date your order has been shipped. Flat rate of $10 for Australian customers
